    Our current processing time is 1-3 weeks, not including shipping. Every piece of apparel in our shop is made to order and created with care. Because of the handmade nature of each item, processing times may vary, especially during peak seasons. Please be mindful of current processing times when placing an order. We appreciate your support for our small business! ♡

    Please note that shipping time only begins once your order has been lovingly stitched, packaged, and dropped off at the post office. Selecting a faster shipping option will not speed up the handmade process—it just helps your package travel quicker once it’s on its way!

  • Returns & Exchanges

    Because each item is made to order and handcrafted with care, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. However, if there is an issue with your order- such as an incorrect item or defect in embroidery- please reach out to tobethreaded@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right, but are not responsible for missing or damaged packages once shipped and out of our possession. Thank you for your understanding!
